Title: The Esoteric Journey to StableChecks: Harnessing the Power of AI Art Introduction: AI has become a massive topic in recent times. With the release of ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E, StableDiffusion, and more, people are going crazy over the potential use-cases for these advanced AI models. Being in the AI space for a number of years now, we wanted to show that it doesn't need to be gatekept to just people with massive workstations or advanced programmers with knowledge of the ins and outs of TensorFlow. That's why we've decided to share our design process and open up the pipeline we used for our first collection, StableChecks, to the world. The Origin of Our Journey: Our journey began with a keen interest in the rapidly evolving world of AI-generated art. As AI art gained traction, we wanted to create a collection that showcased the best aspects of StableDiffusion. We turned to the Checks VV - Original NFTs and used 25 of these as a starting point to fine-tune StableDiffusion with DreamBooth. This step was critical, as it allowed us to create an entirely new and unique collection of StableChecks. The Birth of StableChecks: With the power of DreamBooth, we regenerated 3838 unique pieces of art, each with its own distinctive flair. These new creations, StableChecks, are not direct derivatives of Checks. Instead, they are the product of a computer's attempt to memorize the original Checks, while taking artistic liberties along the way. By harnessing the power of AI, we successfully unlocked a new realm of artistic possibilities. Enhancing StableChecks with ESRGAN+FatalPixels: To take our creations to the next level, we utilized ESRGAN+FatalPixels, an advanced upscaling technique. This allowed us to upscale our original images from a resolution of 512x512 by a factor of 4, resulting in stunning detail and clarity. Through this innovative process, our StableChecks achieved new heights of visual excellence, setting them apart from the competition.
