Return of Confidential Information Upon the termination or expiration of the Parties' business relationship, or upon the request of the disclosing party, the Recipient shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information received from the disclosing party and any copies thereof. Remedies The Parties acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to the disclosing party. Therefore, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, the disclosing party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to prevent any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing law].
