# Client Onboarding and Kickoff Pack ## Welcome Message Welcome aboard, Maya, and thank you for choosing me for your brand package. This pack confirms what we agreed, what happens first, and what I need from you in week one. Our first step is for you to send the current labels and brand files, and then we will hold our kickoff call and get started. ## Scope and Deliverables - Logo set: a full set of logo files for print and online use. You will know it is done when you receive the final files in the agreed formats. - Packaging for three products: finished label designs for three products. You will know each one is done when you approve its final version. - Launch page: a single launch page that presents the brand and the three products. You will know it is done when you approve the final page before it goes live. What Is Not Included: printing, photography, and copywriting beyond the short launch page text, unless we agree those separately in writing. ## Timeline and Milestones - Week one, kickoff: kickoff call and confirmation of scope. Client approval needed: scope and timeline confirmed. - Week three, first label drafts: first drafts of all three labels shared for review. Client approval needed: direction chosen for each label. - Week five, launch page draft: launch page draft shared for review. Client approval needed: page structure and text approved. - Week six, final files: final logo files, labels, and launch page delivered. Client approval needed: final sign-off. ## What We Need From You - Current labels and brand files: needed so the new designs build on what exists. Due date: - Product details and ingredients for all three products: needed so the labels are accurate. Due date: - Brand story and any existing photos: needed for the launch page. Due date: - Approval of the week three label direction: needed so production can continue on schedule. Due date: If an item arrives late, the affected milestone moves by the same number of working days, and I will confirm the new date in writing. ## Communication Rules - Day-to-day messages go by email. - Approvals go by email, so there is a written record. - I reply on working days within one working day. - Two revision rounds are included for each deliverable. - Extra requests are discussed by email first, with scope and price confirmed in writing before work starts. ## First-Week Checklist For the freelancer: - ☐ Send this kickoff pack and confirm receipt. - ☐ Hold the kickoff call and confirm scope and timeline. - ☐ Set up the shared folder and confirm access. - ☐ Review the current labels and brand files once received.
