CONSTRUCTION OF A HOUSE SERVICE AGREEMENT This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between (Service Provider Company Name) (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), located at (Service Provider Company Address) and registered under (Service Provider Company Registration Number), and (Client's Name) (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractee"), holder of identification document number (Contractee's Identification Document Number), residing at (Contractee's Address), for the purpose of the construction of a house service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), to be performed in the State of New York, United States of America (hereinafter referred to as the "Country"). OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1 The Contractor agrees to provide the Contractee with the services for the construction of a house, in accordance with the specifications agreed upon by the parties. TERM 2.1 The agreed timeframe for the completion of the Service shall be (Estimated Service Completion Time) from the signing of this Agreement. 2.2 In the event of delays in the execution of the Service due to factors beyond the control of the Contractor, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events, the timeframe may be extended upon mutual agreement of the parties. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 The Contractor undertakes to: a) Provide skilled labor and quality materials for the execution of the Service; b) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing construction activities in the Country; c) Adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines for the completion of the Service; d) Keep the Contractee informed of the progress of the project and any significant changes in the construction process; e) Take necessary measures to ensure safety at the worksite. CONTRACTEE'S OBLIGATIONS 4.1 The Contractee agrees to: a) Pay the Contractor the total agreed-upon amount for the services rendered, in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 5 of this Agreement; b) Provide access to the location where the house will be constructed, as well as any necessary information for the execution of the Service; c) Coordinate with the Contractor any changes or modifications to the original agreed-upon project. REMUNERATION 5.1 The Contractee shall pay the Contractor the total amount of (Total Service Value), to be paid as follows: a) (Payment details, such as installments, due dates, etc.). TERMINATION 6.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice with a minimum advance period of (Termination Notice Period) days. 6.2 In the event of termination, the Contractee shall be responsible for compensating the Contractor for any completed work or expenses incurred up to the termination date, as mutually agreed upon by the parties. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 7.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the parties. 7.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. 8.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, USA. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral. SEVERABILITY 10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ASSIGNMENT 11.1 Neither party shall assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. AMENDMENTS 12.1 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
