### Ingredients

### Steps

### Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4 cups vegetable broth

### Steps
1. Rinse lentils under cold water and set aside.

3. Stir in berbere spice, cumin, and coriander, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

### Ingredients
- 6 injera (Ethiopian flatbread)
