SUBJECT: FORMAL NOTICE OF OUTSTANDING
DEBT AND DEMAND FOR PAYMENT
Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter constitutes a formal and final
demand for payment of the outstanding debt
described below on behalf of SupplyFirst
India Pvt Ltd. The Creditor has exhausted
all informal attempts to resolve this
matter and requires payment in full by the
deadline stated in this letter.
ORIGIN AND NATURE OF THE DEBT
Between January and March 2026, SupplyFirst
India Pvt Ltd supplied goods to Prakash
Traders under trade invoices issued on
agreed payment terms. Three invoices were
issued during this period. No payment has
been received against any of the outstanding
invoices to date. The Debtor acknowledged
the existence of this debt verbally but no
payment was made.
SUMMARY OF PRIOR COLLECTION ATTEMPTS
Three trade invoices were issued between
January and March 2026. Email reminders
were sent to Prakash Traders in April 2026
and again in May 2026. No payment and no
formal written response was received
following either reminder.
CURRENT OUTSTANDING BALANCE
Principal Amount: INR 320,000
Interest at 18% per annum from April 1 2026
to June 1 2026 (2 months): INR 9,600
**Total Amount Now Demanded: INR 329,600**
LEGAL BASIS FOR THIS DEMAND
This demand is made on the basis of breach
of contract under the Indian Contract Act
1872. Prakash Traders entered into a binding
agreement to pay for goods supplied and has
failed to do so despite repeated demands.
This failure gives rise to a valid and
enforceable legal claim for recovery of the
full outstanding amount.
FORMAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT
SupplyFirst India Pvt Ltd formally demands
payment of INR 329,600 in full by June 30
2026 via NEFT or RTGS bank transfer to the
account details provided upon written
request. Partial payment will not be
accepted in satisfaction of this demand
unless agreed in writing by the Creditor.
DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT
Payment in full must be received by June 30
2026. Time is of the essence. No extension
will be granted unless a formal written
payment arrangement is agreed and signed by
both parties before that date. A default on
any agreed installment will trigger the full
outstanding balance becoming immediately due.
CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT
If full payment is not received by June 30
2026 and no written payment arrangement has
been agreed, SupplyFirst India Pvt Ltd
reserves the right without further notice
to initiate civil recovery proceedings in
the competent court of Maharashtra India
for the full outstanding amount plus
accrued interest and legal costs, and to
take all enforcement steps available under
applicable law.
DEBTOR'S RIGHTS NOTICE
No mandatory statutory debtor rights notice
is required under the applicable laws of
Maharashtra India governing this commercial
debt recovery demand.
DISPUTE PROCESS
If Prakash Traders genuinely disputes the
existence, amount, or validity of this debt,
a formal written dispute must be submitted
to SupplyFirst India Pvt Ltd at the address
stated above within 14 days of receipt of
this letter. If no dispute is received
within this period, the Creditor will assume
the debt is valid and will proceed with
collection.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Nothing in this letter constitutes a waiver
of any right or remedy available to the
Creditor. All rights are expressly reserved
in full.
All payments, disputes, and written
communications in response to this letter
must be directed to SupplyFirst India Pvt
Ltd at the address stated above. The
Creditor acknowledges receipt of payment
within 2 business days of cleared funds
being received.
SupplyFirst India Pvt Ltd sincerely hopes
this matter can be resolved through prompt
payment without the need for formal legal
proceedings. Complying with this demand by
June 30 2026 will bring this matter to a
full and final close. The Creditor also
remains open to discussing a formal written
payment arrangement if the Debtor contacts
the Creditor before the deadline.
