Operational changes: - Lease ended in September; we're sub-letting the SF space until the term runs out in March - Quarterly in-person retreats: Q4 was Lisbon, Q1 will be Tokyo (~$2,500 per person, fully covered) - Home office stipend of $1,500 one-time + $100/month internet reimbursement What didn't survive the move: weekly all-hands video calls (too many people, low engagement). We replaced them with a Friday async update in Notion. For other companies considering this: survey the team first, then decide based on what you find.
