5. EASEMENT AREA AND DIMENSIONS

7. TERM

8. COMPENSATION

reinstatement and recover the
reasonable cost from the Grantee.
10. ACCESS AND NOTICE
10.1 The Mumbai Western Railway Authority
must give Rajesh Mehta and Sunita
Mehta at least 7 days written notice
before accessing the Easement Area
for planned maintenance or inspection
works.
10.2 In a genuine emergency the Grantee
may access the Easement Area without
prior notice and must notify the
Grantor as soon as reasonably
practicable.
11. REGISTRATION
11.1 Both parties agree to register this
easement at the Office of the Sub-
Registrar of Assurances, Mumbai in
accordance with the Indian Registration
Act 1908.
11.2 The Mumbai Western Railway Authority
is responsible for all registration
costs and stamp duty applicable to
this easement agreement.
11.3 Note: Easement registration
requirements and applicable stamp

with a qualified attorney and the
relevant stamp duty authority before

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
