1. PROJECT OVERVIEW This Scope of Work covers a full redesign of the Bloom Skincare Shopify website, focused on a new homepage layout and full mobile optimization across all 5 existing pages. The goal is a modern, conversion-focused site that reflects the current brand without changing the underlying product catalog or checkout flow. 2. DELIVERABLES 1. Redesigned homepage layout (1 version, includes hero, featured products, and brand story sections) 2. Mobile-optimized layouts for all 5 existing pages (Home, Shop, About, Contact, FAQ) 3. Updated navigation menu structure (up to 2 rounds of internal review before client feedback) 4. Basic on-page image optimization for the 5 redesigned pages 5. One (1) recorded walkthrough video explaining the new layout and how to edit it 3. OUT OF SCOPE - New product photography or graphic design assets (client to supply) - Copywriting for new page sections (client to supply or add as a separate quote) - Changes to the product catalog, pricing, or checkout/payment configuration - Custom Shopify app integrations or third-party plugin setup - SEO strategy or keyword research beyond basic on-page image alt text 4. TIMELINE Week 1: Wireframes and homepage layout draft delivered Week 2: Client feedback round, revisions applied to homepage Week 3: Mobile optimization across remaining 4 pages Week 4: Final review, walkthrough video, and handoff 5. PAYMENT TERMS $1,750 (50%) due upon signing to begin work $1,050 (30%) due at the Week 2 milestone after homepage approval $700 (20%) due upon final delivery in Week 4 6. REVISION POLICY One (1) full round of revisions is included on the homepage design. Additional revision rounds are billed at $75/hour. Revisions to already-approved pages are treated as new requests, not included revisions. 7. CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS Any request outside this SOW - including new pages, new features, or design directions not covered above - will be scoped and quoted separately before work begins, with an updated timeline if it affects the current delivery date.
