Monday:

Directions: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Ingredients: Grilled chicken breast (1, sliced), romaine lettuce (1 head), Caesar dressing (1/4 cup), Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated), croutons (optional), salt, pepper
Directions: In a large bowl, toss together romaine lettuce, grilled chicken slices, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a refreshing salad.
