Before 2020, I used to have perfect sleep. I wouldn't wake up at all throughout the night, maybe a couple of times but that was it. Since I live alone, it was rare for me to hear anything. However, one night I heard a creaking sound that woke me up, but I didn't think much of it. In the following nights, I continued to hear it. After the third or fourth time, I finally mustered the courage to get up and investigate, but there was nothing there. So, I went back to sleep. A week later, I woke up with a very disturbing feeling, as if something was watching me. I glanced to my left and noticed that my closet was open.
