1. RECITALS

3. SCOPE OF WORKS

cabinets.
2. Supply and installation of new
modular kitchen units and countertop
in agreed finish and configuration.
3. Wall and floor tiling to agreed

4. Connection of plumbing points for
sink and appliances.
5. Installation of agreed electrical
points including lighting and
appliance connections.
Dining Area:
6. Painting of kitchen and dining area

4. CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

2. INR 2,60,000 upon demolition and
substrate preparation complete
(40 percent).
3. INR 1,95,000 upon modular kitchen
installation complete (30 percent).

4.2 Each payment is due within 5 business

5. VARIATIONS

8. DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

return to the property and rectify
any defect notified during the Defects
Liability Period at their own cost
within 14 days of written notification.
8.3 Note: Residential building work in
India may carry statutory warranty
obligations beyond the contractual

statutory warranty periods before this
contract is finalized.
9. CONTRACTOR LICENSES AND INSURANCE
9.1 HomeCraft Interiors Pvt Ltd holds
and will maintain license MH-INT-2281
and all other licenses and registrations
required to perform the Works in
Maharashtra throughout the contract
period.
9.2 HomeCraft Interiors Pvt Ltd must
maintain throughout the Works period:
1. Public liability insurance of not
less than INR 50 lakhs per event.
2. Contract works insurance covering
the replacement value of the Works
and affected areas of the property.
3. Workmen's compensation insurance
as required by applicable Indian
law.
9.3 Evidence of all insurance policies
must be provided to Priya and Arjun

10. HOMEOWNER'S OBLIGATIONS
