Job Title: Experienced AV Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering audio-visual projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The AV Project Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role is a critical component of our organization and will have a direct impact on our overall success. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage and deliver audio-visual projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Work with clients to identify project requirements, provide recommendations, and manage expectations. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials. • Conduct site surveys to ensure proper installation and setup of equipment. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project success. • Conduct final project walkthroughs and provide training to end-users. • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual project management. • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Preferred Qualifications: • CTS Certification • Experience with Crestron, Extron, and Biamp AV systems • Experience in a corporate or higher education setting • Experience with audio-visual system design Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in audio-visual technology, project management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-visual project management. Computer Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Certifications: • CTS Certification preferred. Physical Demands: • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and finished spaces. • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
