We further undertake to obtain and maintain a valid Labour Licence and comply with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements before commencement of the work, wherever required.
We confirm that the proposed construction methodology, quality assurance procedures, health, safety and environmental management practices, and project execution strategy shall fully comply with the tender specifications, CPWD standards, applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) codes, National Building Code provisions, and all other statutory regulations governing the project.
We undertake to deploy qualified engineers, supervisors, safety personnel, skilled manpower, construction machinery, testing equipment, and quality control resources adequate for timely and satisfactory completion of the work in accordance with the approved construction programme and contractual milestones.
We further declare that the information, certificates, technical particulars, financial details, and supporting documents submitted along with this Technical Bid are true, complete, and authentic to the best of our knowledge and belief. We understand that submission of any false information, suppression of material facts, or non-compliance with tender conditions may result in rejection of our bid, forfeiture of the Earnest Money Deposit wherever applicable, cancellation of award, and such other action as may be deemed appropriate under the tender conditions and applicable Government procurement rules.
