ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own end-to-end product design for our core workflow features — from discovery through shipping — at a company where design has a seat at every product decision. In your first 90 days, you'll ship at least one major feature, run two rounds of user research, and earn the trust of your engineering squad.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead design from brief to launch for 2-3 major product areas per quarter
• Run moderated usability tests and synthesize findings into actionable direction
• Partner with PMs to shape the roadmap before a line of design is drawn
• Build and maintain a design system used across the full product
• Review and ship production-ready specs with engineering weekly
• Mentor two junior designers through structured critique and pairing
