**Design the future of how B2B teams buy software.** ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own end-to-end product design for our core workflow features — from discovery through shipping — at a company where design has a seat at every product decision. In your first 90 days, you'll ship at least one major feature, run two rounds of user research, and earn the trust of your engineering squad. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead design from brief to launch for 2-3 major product areas per quarter • Run moderated usability tests and synthesize findings into actionable direction • Partner with PMs to shape the roadmap before a line of design is drawn • Build and maintain a design system used across the full product • Review and ship production-ready specs with engineering weekly • Mentor two junior designers through structured critique and pairing • Present design rationale to leadership with confidence WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must Have: • You've shipped end-to-end features at a B2B SaaS company • You're proficient in Figma including components, variants, and prototyping • You can defend design decisions with user data, not just taste Nice to Have: • Experience with data-heavy dashboard design • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) WHY JOIN US We're Series B with enterprise customers, but the design team is still small enough that your work touches every user.
