POSITION OVERVIEW ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── Nexaflow is seeking an experienced and driven Software Engineer to join our Technical department on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be central to the design, development, and maintenance of the scalable web applications and internal tools that underpin our automation platform. This position functions within a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team and reports directly to the Head of Engineering. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and internal tools across the full development lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time and to specification. Develop and manage cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, encompassing deployment, monitoring, and cost management. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerised environments using Docker. Participate actively in agile and scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, peer code reviews, and team retrospectives. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── 4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience. A minimum of three years of professional software development experience, preferably within a SaaS or B2B product environment. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go, combined with hands-on experience in at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. Proven experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, across deployment, monitoring, and cost management functions. Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and agile or scrum methodologies. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── 5. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ───────────────────────────────────────────────────── Prior experience contributing to no-code, low-code, or workflow automation products. Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful or GraphQL API design in distributed systems.
