Neon Artillery Game Builder

Build a neon 3D artillery game with destructible terrain, guessing duels and real shot trails. Includes three AI ranging difficulties, movement-aware recalibration, four rivals, all-four-border modes, round-limited sky rewards, upgrades, three themes, an animated reactor and a terrain editor. Customize two branding fields. Two required Codex messages build source and an offline HTML game, then test and repair it. Requires local file, terminal and browser tools.
