BUY AND SELL AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [insert date] by and between [insert name and address of seller] ("Seller") and [insert name and address of buyer] ("Buyer"). WHEREAS, Seller desires to sell and Buyer desires to purchase the following vehicle: [insert detailed description of the vehicle including make, model, year, vehicle identification number (VIN), mileage, and any other relevant details] NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: Purchase Price.
