**Statement of the Problem** Resilience is a crucial psychological trait that enables individuals to adapt to challenges and stressors effectively. For psychology students, resilience plays a vital role in managing academic pressures, emotional demands, and future professional responsibilities. However, resilience levels may vary across different university environments due to factors such as institutional support, academic workload, and personal coping mechanisms. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of resilience-enhancing interventions among psychology students from two universities. Specifically, it seeks to determine whether there are significant differences in resilience levels before and after the intervention and whether these differences vary between the two universities. Using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), this study will compare the pre-test and post-test resilience scores of students from both institutions to assess the impact of the intervention. Specifically, this study aims to answer the following questions: 1. What are the baseline resilience levels of psychology students in the two universities? 2. Is there a significant difference in resilience levels between the two universities before the intervention? 3. Does the resilience-enhancing intervention significantly improve resilience levels among psychology students? 4. Is there a significant difference in the effectiveness of the intervention between the two universities? The findings of this study will provide insights into the role of university environment in fostering resilience and inform future strategies for enhancing psychological well-being among students.
