Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI):
A charting technique for project management in which each letter represents the roles and levels of involvement/responsibility of a stakeholder in relation to the corresponding task or milestone.
You make the scenario (including reporting/power dynamics if desired), the stakeholders/roles (people in your business or guild, or even chat moderators), and a list of tasks to complete in order to achieve a desired outcome (project, procedure, or maintenance) through responsibility/consensus-based processes.
