Primary — Email Order Management Migration – Weekly Status Update | Sep 1–7 Dear Client Stakeholder, I am writing to provide the weekly status update for the Order Management Migration project for the reporting period of September 1–7, 2026. The project remains on track and is currently in the Data Mapping phase. During this reporting period, the team completed data mapping for the Customer and Inventory modules. This completes the planned mapping activities for these modules and provides the required foundation for the next phase of validation. The team has also begun preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the activities required to support UAT execution. The next milestone is completion of UAT preparation, targeted for September 14, 2026. Following this milestone, the project will proceed toward UAT execution based on the agreed plan.
