Take another deep breath and imagine that with each exhale, any tension or anxiety you're feeling is leaving your body and dissipating into the air. As you let go of your worries and concerns, you feel yourself becoming more relaxed and at ease.
Imagine yourself walking along the shore of the lake, feeling the soft grass beneath your feet. You come across a small boat and decide to take a leisurely row out into the middle of the lake. As you row, you feel your body becoming more and more relaxed. The sun is warm on your skin and the sound of the water against the boat is soothing.
Visualize yourself in a peaceful garden, surrounded by fragrant flowers and the soft chirping of birds. You find a comfortable bench to sit on and close your eyes, allowing yourself to be absorbed in the peaceful surroundings. You imagine a white light surrounding you, filling you with peace and calm.
Focus on the feeling of calm and relaxation that is spreading throughout your body. Allow yourself to sink deeper into the hypnotic state, feeling more and more relaxed with each passing moment.
And when you are ready, slowly open your eyes and take a deep breath, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You may carry the feeling of peace and calm with you throughout your day
