Project Overview The objective of this project is to design, configure, and launch a functional Shopify-based online clothing store, ready to accept payments and process customer orders. --- ## 2. In-Scope Deliverables The following deliverables are explicitly included in the agreed project scope: * Shopify store setup and configuration (account, basic settings, currency, taxes) * Installation and configuration of **one** pre-selected Shopify theme (free or paid; theme cost not included) * Basic theme customization: * Logo placement * Color adjustments (within theme capabilities) * Typography selection (from theme defaults) * Upload and configuration of **up to 50 products**, including: * Product titles * Descriptions (provided by client) * Pricing * Variants (size, color if applicable) * Product images (provided by client) * Setup of standard Shopify pages: * Home * Product pages * Collection pages (basic categorization) * Contact page * About page (content provided by client) * Payment gateway integration (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal) * Basic shipping setup (flat rate or simple rules provided by client) * Domain connection (if domain is provided by client) * Basic store testing (checkout flow, payment test, responsiveness) * Store launch readiness review --- ## 3. Out-of-Scope (THE LINE) The following items are **explicitly excluded** and will require additional billing at $75/hour: * Custom theme development or advanced design beyond theme capabilities * Advanced UI/UX design, animations, or custom layouts * Logo design beyond basic placement (any branding or design work is extra) * Product data creation (copywriting, image sourcing, editing, or SEO optimization) * Uploading more than 50 products * Advanced filtering, search functionality, or custom apps configuration * Third-party app setup beyond basic installation (subscriptions, automation tools, etc.) * Email marketing setup (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, flows, campaigns) * SEO strategy, keyword research, or technical SEO optimization * Performance optimization beyond default Shopify capabilities * Multi-language or multi-currency setup * Legal pages (Terms, Privacy Policy, GDPR compliance) * Ongoing maintenance, support, or post-launch management * Integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, inventory systems) --- ## 4. Revision Policy * Maximum **2 rounds of revisions** are included. * A “revision round” is defined as a consolidated set of feedback submitted at once. * Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at **$75/hour**. * Revisions must stay within the defined scope. Any request altering scope will be treated as additional work. --- ## 5. Client Responsibilities The client is required to provide the following in a timely manner: * Shopify account access * Finalized product data (titles, descriptions, pricing, variants) * Product images in ready-to-upload format * Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts if applicable) * Content for pages (About, Contact, policies if needed) * Payment gateway account credentials * Shipping rules and business requirements * Domain access (if applicable) **Timeline Enforcement:** * Delays in providing required materials or feedback will **pause the project timeline**. * If delays exceed 5 business days, project delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly. --- ## 6.
