Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, similar to the "going-to-sleep" stage, which we will explore together.
In this practice, you will be guided through different stages of relaxation and awareness, allowing you to experience a profound inner calmness and openness to love. Make sure you are in a comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed. As you settle in, allow my voice to guide you through this journey, helping you to let go of the outer world and tune into the vast reservoir of love within you. Let's begin by creating an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, preparing ourselves to receive and give love unconditionally.
