For accommodation, I would suggest staying at the Barcelo Raval Hotel. It's located close to many of Barcelona's major attractions and has great amenities and services. Finally, for transportation, I recommend renting a car. That way, you can easily get around Barcelona and explore its surrounding areas. Alternatively, you can also take public transportation, such as the metro or bus.
