The site allows for a clear separation between public and private spaces while maintaining privacy from neighboring properties. Design Concept: The design approach emphasizes modern simplicity, balanced proportions, and a strong relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The architectural massing is organized to create a calm and elegant residential character. Spatial Organization: The ground floor contains the entrance hall, living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest bathroom. The upper floor is reserved for bedrooms, family lounge space, and access to a private terrace. Materials and Structure: A reinforced concrete structural system is proposed, combined with natural stone cladding, large glazing surfaces, and aluminium shading elements. These materials support durability, comfort, and a refined contemporary appearance. Technical Analysis: The circulation is arranged to keep service spaces separate from main living areas. Openings are positioned to improve daylight penetration and cross ventilation, while the façade design reduces direct solar heat gain.
