Vegas 21 Blackjack Table Builder

Builds a complete, playable single-file casino Blackjack game with correct soft/hard Ace math, natural blackjack 3:2 payouts, dealer-hits-soft-17 rule, double down, and splits (including the split-Aces one-card rule). Found and fixed two real bugs through 450 rounds of automated random-play testing, including one that silently froze the game on natural blackjacks. Tested fixes are baked into the prompt.
