Here is what I'll do: create the project folders, CLAUDE.md with the safety rules, docs/STRATEGY.md with the full strategy, config.yaml (paper mode by default) and .env.example, a virtual environment with pinned versions, the SQLite storage, and a downloader for BTC (Bitstamp, from 2013) and ETH (Binance public files, from 2017) 1H history, spliced with the exchange's candles and aggregated into 4H candles in UTC. Two decisions I need from you: which exchange and markets you want (default: OKX BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT perpetuals) and your local time zone for the dashboard and alerts. When I finish, I'll run the acceptance tests and show you the latest 1H and 4H candle of each asset, the splice gap report and the contract details read from the exchange.
