Workflow Status: READY State Flow ORDER_PAID → VALIDATED → CUSTOMER_SYNCED → INVOICE_CREATED → INVOICE_CONFIRMED → COMPLETED Execution Controls Validate the order ID, payment state, customer fields, and required invoice data. Check the CRM for an existing customer using a stable customer identifier before creating a new record. Persist and validate the resulting CRM customer ID. Check the accounting system for an existing invoice using a stable order/invoice reference. Create the invoice only when no matching invoice exists and all preconditions are satisfied. Validate the returned invoice ID and confirm the invoice reached the required business state. Mark the workflow COMPLETED only after customer synchronization and invoice confirmation are independently verified. Retry Safety If invoice creation times out after submission, do not blindly create another invoice. Reconcile the accounting system using the operation ID, request ID, invoice reference, or available records before replaying the action. Completion Evidence The workflow is complete only when the required customer and invoice states are verified. A successful API response alone is not sufficient evidence of business completion.
