In recent years, there has been a growing interest in understanding the effects of servant leadership on various aspects of organizational performance, including employee creativity (Eva et al., 2019). Employee creativity, defined as the generation of novel and useful ideas, is essential for organizations to maintain a competitive edge and adapt to ever-changing market conditions (Amabile, 1996). This research proposal aims to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and employee creativity, examining the potential mediating and moderating factors that may influence this relationship.
