Boss: hello everybody welcome to the sales kickoff for our organisation for the financial year 2023 this year we aim to grow our practice by 100% over the next one year and we aim to onboard a lot new customers during this during this file I hope all of you are excited and looking forward to contribute into the strategy call for us to chat out our way for the next financial year over you guys. John: thank you I believe that a strong sales pipeline is the key Foundation to increase in revenue and growing at practice over the next few years it is very important for us to talk to as many customers as possible and create a very healthy pipeline as we have seen historically that only 20% off prospects convert into actual clients hence it would be important for us to optimise are offerings and make more customer specify contextual content. Lauranel: I agree with you and I believe that it's the right approach and I also feel that while we should focus pipeline it is also important for us to create new offer we should look at penetrating into new markets and we should be exploring Asia pack for instance are comparators like ABC and xyz are present in this area and are doing really really well while we are missing out on this market opportunity like anything I believe that creating offerings that are align to this Geography will help us attract a whole new demographic.
